Who does this for me?

All HOTlists are created and managed by Licensed Real Estate Agent Members. Details about this agent and contact information will be provided with the first HOTlist. If you have any questions, want to update your search criteria, or want to see any property they've sent you, then you have their direct contact information.

What is the cost?

There is no cost at all for this HOTlist service. We like to say "it's on the house". All we ask is that you would give the performing agent consideration in the event you would like to move forward with your plans on pursuing a home.

No obligations at all for the HOTlist service. All we ask is that you would give the performing agent consideration in the event you would like to move forward with your plans on pursuing a home.

When do I get my results?

Once a request for HOTlist is submitted we match your information with a Licensed Real Estate Agent whose expertise matches your area / preferences. That agent will then scour the local listings and create your HOTlist. You should get your first HOTlist within 8 business hours of submitting your form.

How do I get my results?

Your HOTlist will be delivered to your email in most cases. If you have other preferences, please let us know as you request your HOTlist

Do you sell my private information?

The only information that is ever passed on is the information you submitted on the request form, and then only to one member agent. Your information is not kept by us in any database or server.
